  • Headline: Phase II of Texas Compassionate Use Program Expansion Selection Process

    • The following organizations will be conditionally awarded TCUP licenses, subject to additional due diligence, such as disciplinary actions, financial suitability, litigation history and any other information as required by the department following Phase II of the selection process

MINNESOTA

  • Headline: Minnesota reopened lower-potency hemp edible business licensing
  • What changed:
    • OCM announced on April 1 that it resumed accepting license applications for LPHE retailers, manufacturers, and wholesalers.
    • The official application-process page says OCM is accepting those LPHE applications.

  • Headline: Federal judge halted Rhode Island’s cannabis retail-license rollout
  • What changed:
