Step 1. Conditional Application- Conditional Application Material Needed for Submission:

Step 2. Municipality Sign-off – Municipality Sign-off Material Needed for Submission:

Each municipality process will be different, some will require a simple form stating that the municipality will allow cannabis facilities at your proposed location, and some will require a full application package. • Standard operating procedures for: Adverse Event Reporting; Quality assurance and quality control; Recall; Packaging and Labeling; Inventory Control, Storage, Diversion Prevention; Recordkeeping; Waste Disposal, Sanitation; Cultivation, manufacturing, retail sale, delivery, secure transport, as applicable, based on the class of license sought; Accounting and tax compliance ;and The reporting of test results, as applicable, based on the class of license sought.

Step 4: Receive Approval to Operate

Licenses Types Included: Cultivator (Microbusiness (2,500sqft  Cultivator) ONLY Non-Inclusive of 37 Large Cultivators), Manufacturer, Wholesaler, Distributor, Retailer, & Delivery Service
