  • The application process for new applicants has not yet been announced.

Kentucky

  • Medical Program
  • Licenses Available:
    • 16 Cultivation
    • 10 Processor
    • 48 Retail
    • Compliance Facilities (No Limit)
  • The application process opens July 1, 2024

Minnesota

  • Adult-Use Program
  • License Types:
  • Limited number of licenses – pending regulations
  • There is pending legislation that would allow social equity applicants to apply for temporary licenses in summer of 2024.
  • The application process is expected in early 2025

Delaware

  • Adult-Use Program
  • Licenses Available:
    • 60 Cultivation
    • 30 Processor
    • 30 Retail
    • 5 Testing Facilities
  • The application process is anticipated to open in September 2024.

Virginia

  • Adult-Use Program
  • Licenses Available:
    • 45 Cultivation
    • 60 Manufacturers
    • 400 Retail
    • 50 Transporters
  • Application process pending on regulations for adult-use cannabis sales.

Rhode Island

  • Adult-Use Program
  • Licenses Available:
    • 24 Dispensary Licenses
  • Rhode Island is currently in the process of promulgating regulations for the adult-use market.
